The building

Five by Yukon sits on a 4.79 kanal plot and rises twelve storeys over two basement levels. One hundred residences across four types, with floor plans named after flowers — Tulip, Lilly, Daffodil, Daisy, Lavender, Rose, Lotus, Marigold, Dahlia, Aster, Carnation, Sunflower, Iris and Hyacinth.

What comes with every apartment

Semi-furnished as standard: air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine, plus one free reserved parking bay. Apartments are sold on net area, so the figure you are quoted is the space you actually get.
